Mladen Nikolic provided excellent care, advice and guidance. He arranged labs and a scan and reported results after his normal working hours and on the weekend. He responded promptly to follow-up questions I asked via MyBaycare. Overall, superb.

Mladen Nikolic APRN is an excellent Doctor. The best person I have seen since I joined Bay Care Medical Group. He was very thorough and extremely professional explaining everything going on with my knee so I could understand.

He ordered a redundant x-ray which I declined as information was on MRI so didnt need plAIN LS SPINE FILM.

The visit with the doctor was EXCEPTIONAL! He was able to determine that my confusion and dizziness was due to the medication I was taking and took me off of that and I am trying new one that seems to be working. He listened to my personal story and paid attention to the details as they pertained to my condition. He was GREAT. Please tell the dr. That I would be happy to wait when he is running late!

My care provider is over the top 10 plus. I have gotten better care with this provider than any other. He have gone above his duty to take care of me and my health and my concerns. He was great. No nonsense. Had an aggressive plan to treat my bronchitis. Very effective and got me back to normal.

First visit with him. Made a good impression. Knew my history and included me in decisions.

Thank goodness I saw Mike. I had an abscessed wound that was missed by another NP and Mike caught it and ordered a STAT MRI. It couldve turned into a really serious infection. Im entering into my 4th week of treatment. Im on my 3rd round of antibiotics and I still cant walk without crutches. If it wasnt for Mike Im not sure where Id be.

All good; nothing was bad. He was easy to relate to, knowledgeable, efficient and helped me with the problem that brought me in.

The nurse practitioner didnt come into the room for a long time after my appointment time. When he came in he just wanted to talk and talk and not really listen. I was speaking and instead of listening, he wanted to assume what I was going to say and respond out of turn. Will not see this provider again. Upset that Dr. is leaving.

Called office to get a cortisone shot on 12/13/2022 could not see Cory Nelson asked the office if Mladen Nikolic APRN could give me the shot. Office said he does give cortisone shot. Made a appointment with Mike only to find out he does not do this type shot. Communication in office very poor. I feel I should not be charged as nothing was done to help me.

Nice, detailed and looked at many options for someone with a rare and challenging disease. Would definitely go back to see Mike.

He seemed very genuine and efficient.

My provider Nurse Practitioner Mike was awful. He did not listen to my concerns. He was very rude and interrupted me every time I tried to explain my problem. He had little to no knowledge of my previous care and did not seem to care at all about my well being. He was simply dismissive and rude. I later called the office and left a message for my usual provider Dr. Amin. He called me after hours, to respond to my concern, in a timely manner and had his nurse help me throughout the next day (she was wonderful as well).

I am a new patient & I am scheduled for my 1st doctors appt this Friday. The office was terrific & made sure I saw the head nurse before I saw Dr. Kaydash due to an injury.
