    • Michelle Hernandez is a hospitalist with Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. She provides only inpatient care within a hospital setting and is not available for appointments. She will be responsible for you and your loved one’s care while in our hospital and will partner with your primary care physician on any necessary follow-up care to assist with your continued care, once you return to your home. Michelle is board certified as a family nurse practitioner. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing from St. Petersburg College in Pinellas Park, Florida. Additionally, Michelle earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice as a family nurse practitioner from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. She is also certified in advanced cardiovascular life support and basic life support. As a motivated and qualified healthcare professional, Michelle strives to provide quality care to individuals and their families, by providing open communication and feedback.
