    • Michael Wilson is an advanced practice registered nurse hospitalist with Mease Countryside Hospital. He provides only inpatient care within a hospital setting and is not available for appointments. He will be responsible for you and your loved one’s care while in our hospital and will partner with your primary care physician on any necessary follow-up care to assist with your continued care, once you return to your home. Mr. Wilson completed his undergraduate degree in nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, followed by a graduate degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He later completed certification as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is certified as a family nurse practitioner, adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, orthopedic nurse, along with advanced cardiac life support and basic life support. He is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
