Dr Sailers was incredibly accommodating to me

The doctor has never spent more than five minutes with me and said that he has not gets 15 mins per patient, but he doesnt even spend a 15 minutes. Also hes never brings in my records or charts into the exam room, and it never seems to remember any of my medical history . Also during the physical, he is never check reflexes, my ears, or my prostate. He is giving me multiple prescriptions for stuff that Isnt applicable and that Ive never even used because he does not listen. I complained about my knee and he never even checked it, but immediately gave me an referral I Will be changing doctors immediately, because I am frustrated with the medical care and attention Ive received from this doctor.

Its very difficult to contact a nurse on the phone as no one answers. You have to call repeatedly and whenever I have to refill 2 of my prescriptions at a local pharmacy there Is always an Issue as Baycare often sends them Into the mail order OptumRx which I tell them not to as mail order Is a lot more expensive on these 2 medications. There is always a lot of confusion on these prescriptions.

He is nice but I told him he doesnt know his patience, he has to always go back to look at my medical records wail Im already there. He said he sent me to specialists and he didnt. Needed a MRI he told Im not a doctor. Had to ask him to help me somehow and sent me to a pain management or somewhere if he cant help. And he finally did and the first thing they said we need a MRI .

He tends to put things in my visit note that were not said or done. I have seen him in the past due to need, and he has put Obesity as a reason for visit when it wasnt discussed or an issue! I dont understand his charting style, though an old style of charting a note, it reviews things never discussed in the visit as if they were!

Dr. Sailers is fantastic. If theres one tiny criticism, its that he seemed to be in a rush to get through the appointment. He did not ask me if there was anything I wanted to talk about or if I had any questions. I just had one additional question, which he did answer thoroughly and respectfully.
