Michael C. Burnette, MD

Dr. Michael Burnette is a diligent and dedicated internist and rheumatologist in Tampa and Brandon, Florida. Dr. Burnette obtained his medical degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and then completed his residency in internal medicine and internship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He also completed a fellowship in rheumatology and immunology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dr. Burnette is a part of BayCare Medical Group, sees patients age 18 and older and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine sub-specializing in rheumatology. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, Florida Medical Association, and the Hillsborough County Medical Association.
