We ADORE Dr.Cruz! Listens, asks the correct questions, takes her time. We never feel rushed through our appointment time. This women was born to be a physician. Cannot say enough kind things!

Does not come across pediatric friendly or engaging for a child to participate in an exam

Dr. Cruz was very kind and knowledgeable as always. She explained to our daughter what she was doing through the exam. Dr. Cruz reassured her when she was scared. She was very caring and answered all of our questions and concerns.

TWICE when weve called when Dr. Cruz is out, Dr. Conde (on call doc) minimized our concerns and said go to the ER because she wasnt familiar with our daughter and that she didnt feel comfortable making changes to care for one of Dr. Cruz patients. What is the point of having an on-call doctor if they are just going to say take her to the ER. If it was an emergency, I would take her to the ER, but this was a case of need for urgent medical care, not emergency care, there is a difference.

Dr. Cruz has gone above and beyond to care for our daughter. She does a great job explaining things to us. As a new parent Im thankful to have found a doctor that takes her time to share her knowledge instead of just rushing us out the door.

My daughter loved Dr. Cruz! She wants to switch to her for her PCP. She was very sweet and funny with my daughter and explained things in a way she could easily understand. She did not speak down to her.

This was my first visit, the Dr was very patient and made us very comfortable. She took her time and made me feel like she really cared.

Doctor Cruz asked great questions about my babys health. She went above and beyond trying to understand the problem. She seemed very approachable and helpful. However, I dont think she knew a lot about breastfeeding which is ok, but doctors should be a little more careful so moms dont start supplementing without a plausible reason.

The care received was for our 4 month old baby. Dr. Cruz has been her doctors since our daughter was born.

Dr. Cruz is professional however she spends too much time question me about my other children when they are not at the appointment which takes up time I have a busy schedule and like I told her before my oldest son had already had his physical somewhere else Im also spending so much time giving her referral names of other doctors that my current son sees when I told her that Dr. has passed and if Im given three locations it shouldnt take 20 minutes and Im still trying to tell her the doctors information that is no longer alive I should be able to look up this information themselves and not take up so much of my time so that I can get out of the office
