Melissa Koliha is a certified physician assistant and is with BayCare Medical Group in Tampa, Florida, where she sees patients age 18 and older. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in sports medicine from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio and a Master of Science in biomedical sciences, specializing in physician assistant studies, from Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. Melissa has more than twenty years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery. She provides comprehensive care to her patients throughout the entire operative course. Ms. Koliha brings expert knowledge in advanced heart failure and high-risk surgical procedures. She’s certified in advanced cardiovascular life support and basic life support. Melissa is a member of the Florida Association of Physician Assistants.
