This was my first visit with Melissa. I found her very informative, attentive and knowledgeable.

She seemed annoyed that I was taking too much time with her and that I wanted to discuss two issues and not just the one I originally made the appointment for.

Melissa was excellent. Professional, caring, attentive and thoroughly discussed my options relating to my care.

My care provider took the time to listen to my concerns and spent much time and care finding the right antibiotic for me since I am greatly affected by most antibiotics

Prescribed medication prior to test result. Original prescription was for wrong medication and that cost $200. Fortunately I waited for test result. Correct medication at no cost was then prescribed.

Melissa was amazing! She spent adequate time, listened to my concerns and made excellent recommendations.

My one suggestion for future visits is to have a written document showing what was diagnosed, and instructions for care at home.

Only Issue is that Melissa didnt appear concerned enough about difficulty of me utilizing alternative to diflucan if needed since I am older with many health issues.

Melissa was very concerned that my script needs were more than adequately addressed so that I would have no problems proceeding forward with my physical therapy despite not usually needing such efforts for the relevant script. Furthermore, she allayed my concerns by addressing my different doctor field as being very helpful.
