Dr. Golightly is very professional, courteous and polite. Also has a sense of humor which is extremely important (to me).

She did every thing about my concerns I would like it she had removed jher mask when talking to me I would like to see who is talking to me.I go to physical therapy for my back, dentist, and dermatolgist and no masks.I am full bosted for covid other wise it was a good visit

I think when Ms Golightly entered the room and asked my how I was and I responded that not so well or I wouldnt be there. That seemed to put her off. Though it was the truth.

The nurse practitioner was wonderful. She really listened and made decisions for bloodwork and a hospice evaluation and then followed through immediately.

My normal Dr didnt have openings till October and was referred to her and could get me in immediately. Im considering changing to her permanently.

Megan was fantastic! Also, Megan recognized from reviewing my records that Dr. Kleins office had not sent my colonoscopy report and she had me sign a form to release those records. She was so on top of things.

She thoughtfully and thoroughly assessed my ailments, taking carefully consideration of my other issues (non medical) for which I had received lengthy and invasive treatments and prescriptions for over a year. She successfully walked the fine line of attending to my symptoms and understanding what my body would do and what it needed. Im SO grateful for her care and my outcome.

The reception told me to wait and then forgot about me and checked in 2 people ahead of me who were served first and I had to go back up to the counter and they acted like they had no idea who I was (even though I checked in online, told them in person I was there, and sat down directly in front of them). Reception needs work.

She did a culture of my wound and this was the reason for the visit. I had to call four days later for the results. Test was NOT done since it was done incorrect. Ugh....not good.
