    15 years I spent in medical billing and claims. The Doctors are supposed to put everything spoken about in a visit into that record. This is not being done. Instead this doctor has been putting things in that we dont talk about. I.e. Salt or protein intake. Says non compliant to meds when rx bottles say no refills. That is poor communication from the physician. Now that I have found an app that records a visit and summarizes it I will be using it all the time. Complete accuracy is essential in medical care.

    I have seen Dr. M. Bhalani twice over the last two years. She is a good listener and offers helpful medical advice during my routine visits. She is also very responsive via the Patient Portal.
