My provider appears to be very knowledgeable but English is her second language and I find her very hard to understand. I am a new patient . I may need to ask to ve assigned to a new provider within the practice that I can more easily communicate with.

Marylin Gonzalez, APRN is an excellent doctor. She care about my health and gave me advice in how to improve my health. Always explain everything so excellent that I understand.

Gave me 4 different rxs but hard to understand the purpose. Per review If ct scan need to see a neurologist but did not coordinate

The provider appeared to shrug off my case by not having the courtesy to perform routine medical checks such as visual check of ears, nose and throat. She appears to have been ready to wave me off without any examination.

Mayelin is a wonderful caregiver. Shes very knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and wants me to succeed in my treatments. She explains my treatments with ease and even handwritten note to specify and helped me remember everything. Shes wonderful and Im so happy to be her patient.

I was made to feel like the problems Im having or concerns about my health. Were not important. All they seem to care about, was sending me to physical therapy and not even listening to what I had to say in regards to what I was going through with my legs. They kept getting the issue wrong when I would explain it to them and when I asked them to fill out a form for my job so that I could have an accommodation made for me they brushed it off and said I had to go see a disability doctor . Im not filing for disability and so I felt like my primary care physician should have filled out the paperwork for me. I was promised it was going to come in the mail at least two days later and it didnt especially after I was told to pick it up the following Monday from my appointment and it wasnt ready. I lost a day of work in regards to that matter , Im not happy at all situation or my level of care in regards to this matter Im not sure whats going on but the level of care that I received when I first started going there has definitely declined and I will be looking for a new doctor, who actually takes the time to listen to me when I talk to them And doesnt seem to brush me off like I dont know what Im talking about

Ms Gonzalas was VERY THOROUGH!!

The nurse practitioner attempted to be helpful but her accent was so strong I was very challenged to understand anything she said and had difficulty communicating with her as well. Additionally the symptoms that I came in for did not resolve.
