    I was disappointed that the provider did not listen to my heart or lungs or conduct any physical assessment other than ask me questions. I only see the physician once or twice a year( and not even when I have been hospitalized). How can he know how to treat me or detect any problems I might have that Im not aware of if he doesnt do a physical assessment.
