Mary A. Hicks, MD

Dr. Mary Ann Hicks is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of BayCare Medical Group in Riverview, Florida, where she sees patients newborn to age 18. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee, and completed a pediatric internship and residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. Hicks treats and prevents a wide range of pediatric conditions, including childhood obesity, chronic diseases, diabetes and more, and also focuses on newborn care and lactation/breastfeeding. She creates personalized treatment plans based on education level, behaviors and individual health goals to deliver exceptional health outcomes for every child. Dr. Hicks is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She’s affiliated with St. Joseph’s Hospital-South.
