My provider always has the information concerning my health however I feel my provider is looking at or reviewing the information for the first time at the time of my visit. I would like my provider to be familiar with my health data, provide me with an overall summary, and then give me a plan for follow up care.

He or his office always responds when I send a request through the online portal

Care provider did not provide details on the actual test that he prescribed and I forgot to ask.

I think the doctor himself is very smart and personally available
