Mahesh Amin, MD

Dr. Mahesh Amin is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. He serves the Clearwater, Florida area as part of BayCare Medical Group, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, New York. Dr. Amin then completed an internal medicine internship and residency at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. He then continued his education at Montefiore Medical Center by completing a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Amin then completed a research fellowship in biochemical genetics at Rockefeller University in New York. His clinical interests include myocardial infarction and chest pain. Dr. Amin, an accomplished author and presenter, has contributed articles and made presentations to numerous peer groups. Dr. Amin is a fellow in the American College of Cardiology.
