She Hardly spoke. I was there for a blemish on my lip and asked for a referral to derm. She glanced at my lip said she didnt see anything and referred me to derm. She had no personality and no concern for why I was there. I was not impressed at all

NP listened to my concerns and how Dr. K had addressed them several years ago. She examined me and agreed it was time to repeat the medication regimen. It was worked and Im back ahead of the game once again.
