Dr. Lupita Gallardo is board certified in family medicine. She serves the Palm Harbor, Florida area as part of BayCare Medical Group, where she sees patients age 6 and older. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She then earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, followed by a family medicine residency.
Dr. Gallardo is also certified in advanced cardiac life support, basic life support and pediatric advanced life support. She has developed a passion for caring for complex patient and learning about the physiology and management of diabetes and weight management. Dr. Gallardo provides comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population with complex medical needs and varied social, psychological and economic backgrounds, while educating patients about their medical conditions and medications. Her primary focus is on assisting patients with lifestyle modifications and preventive health care.
