Dr. Ontiveros was extremely caring & made me feel she was really interested in what I had to say. She explained everything very clearly, very patiently. She never made me feel she was rushed or in a hurry, which is very unusual in my experience. I told her upon leaving, it was my best experience with a physician that I can ever remember. Upon leaving, I called my daughter, who is in need of a PCP, and told her she has to call Dr. Ontiveros as I know she would really like her.

She is amazing. Very easy to talk to and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I used to live very close to this medical office. I have now moved but I still travel here for appointments because Dr. Ontoveros is wonderful and I am really confident in the care I receive from her.

This is my initial appointment with Dr Ontiveros as my PCP. I was very impressed by her listening to my problems and addressing all my health issues. Although I listed myself in very good health in March I had severe heart failure and AFib, was hospitalized for 8 days, and Im still recovering with many new cardiac drugs. She took time to explain all my questions and everything to me.

I was very impressed being a first time patient. She was respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. As a baycare employee I recommend my patients, family, and friends to her.

Dr Ontiveros is great and I know she is demand because she is good. When I called out the fact that I had been waiting 1 hr she was concerned and appeared to be upset on my behalf.

This was my first visit to this practice. The doctor was very friendly and listened to everything I said. She obviously read through my medical records as she asked me questions about things I hadnt mentioned. I felt very comfortable with her, and she took her time. I am very pleased with Dr. Ontiveros.

Overall happy but dont understand why the genital/rectal exams are never done. I dont want to be deferred to a urologist when my primary care doctor should be all I need..

I moved to this area about 12 yrs ago and tried several doctors that were not that caring. Once I found Dr.Ontiveros I knew I had found some that was knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and discussed with me and medical issues I had and directed me to other physicians that were able to take care of my needs.

Dr. Ontiveros was very nice and listened to all we had to say, patient has extensive medical history, she is a cancer survivor. We had a lot of records and documentations, which we brought to the appointment. PCP had already been copied on test results from other medical team.
