Dr. Ontiveros is a very competent passionate and caring person. Shes one of the best physicians Ive ever had.
Goes out of her way to help. Gives me excellent care.
I cannot say anything bad about Dr. O. She listens to my concerns and gives suggestions. We then decide which will be best for me.
My good experience was that Dr. Lolita, Seemed to genuinely listen and care.
Dr very reluctantly agreed to increase my medication for high cholesterol. Plus she told me to consider joining a gym and lose weight (during March visit) and I did both, losing 12 lbs. You would think Dr would have said something like good job but she didnt hardly acknowledge my small accomplishments. Id like to be heard. Id like to feel like my Dr cares, more customer service with a smile attitude because my PCP is important to me. I want to know my PCP cares about my well being.
