My good experience was that Dr. Lolita, Seemed to genuinely listen and care.

Dr very reluctantly agreed to increase my medication for high cholesterol. Plus she told me to consider joining a gym and lose weight (during March visit) and I did both, losing 12 lbs. You would think Dr would have said something like good job but she didnt hardly acknowledge my small accomplishments. Id like to be heard. Id like to feel like my Dr cares, more customer service with a smile attitude because my PCP is important to me. I want to know my PCP cares about my well being.

She seems very competant and knowledgeable. This was my first time seeing her. I was looking for a new primary care physician because my current one was rushed and unhappy. I will be sticking with Dr. Ontiverios

I love my doctor and am so glad to have found her. I travel 1 hour, one way, and will continue to make that trip to have her care for me.

She seemed very concerned especially about my medications.

Was upset over problems getting a refill. First message I left I got no response. Second call I got to talk to a gentleman who denied everything the pharmacy said. When rx was called in after I left for vacation it was not called into the pharmacy who requested refill but to the mail order company who never has had the medication.

Im thrilled to have such a knowledgeable and caring Primary Care Physician. She was extremely thorough and informative.

Dr. Ontiveros was extremely caring & made me feel she was really interested in what I had to say. She explained everything very clearly, very patiently. She never made me feel she was rushed or in a hurry, which is very unusual in my experience. I told her upon leaving, it was my best experience with a physician that I can ever remember. Upon leaving, I called my daughter, who is in need of a PCP, and told her she has to call Dr. Ontiveros as I know she would really like her.
