This was only my second visit with Lauren because Dr. has been out of the office. I think we talked well together and we understood everything that either I discussed or what she discussed. It was a very productive and great visit. We also went over my Cholesterol and lipids labs and made the decision to keep them at the same interval as they were better than last year. Then Lauren and I discussed my appointment with the doctor in December for my health assessment for the year.

Not notified regarding the status of lab results being obtained. Even though labs were abnormal.

Great experience for this medical occurrence.

She wanted to prescribe prescription strength NSAIDs in spite of my heart issues. Didnt discuss the prescribed Prednisone or Tizanidine rx with me at all even after I informed about my ultra sensitivity to drugs of all kinds and my numerous allergies to same. She prescribed a very high dose of Tizanadine that caught the eye of my pharmacist who insisted on speaking with me about it. She was the one who explained the best way for me to take the meds with my sensitivity, not the medical PA that prescribed it all.

Lauren is wonderful. I love my appointments with her and feel I am in great hands. She is very I formed about me before she comes in and treats me like her only patient. She is amazing and frankly my preferred provider in the office.

Saw the PA in December, follow up with the doctor is not until March 20 and was casually told by the check out desk person that a new patient appointments arent available until Sept 2024. My opinion is that it is to long to wait for a follow up appointment, and definitely to long to wait to establish with a new provider.

Ms. Lauren was very personable. She asked my pertinent questions. And gave me recommendations that I can incorporate into my daily life.

Very attentive and proactive in assessing my situation and prescribing the needed medication. She made sure I totally understood my prescriptions and when to take them.

I wish they had a print out summary of the whole appointment with steps I need to take when I leave in writing.

I love APRN Lauren. She is very down to earth, kind, and knowledgeable. She is efficient in getting labs done prior to appointment so I can discuss at ease with her any concerns during appointment. Made sure all my worries were addressed.
