Dr. Quick is so awesome she takes her time to really listen to the patient and explain and show everything to the patient

BMG cardiology group has been very good to be treated by. Dr Quick is personable and communicative. She follows up on issues and is always prepared when I arrive. She has already looked at my chart and seen the recent history.

Over the years, I have had appointments with two other cardiologists before choosing her from my list of available cardiologists allowed by my insurance. I am wholly grateful to have found Dr. Quick - who obviously really DOES give a sincere damn about the PEOPLE who come to her for help.

Oxygen saturation drops to 80 regularly on oxygen, with and without exertion. Finger Oximeter in use with diagnostic app.

She never introduced herself. She didnt like the idea of suggestions from me about holistic medicine. She wrote suggested medications on a piece of paper and handed it to me and told me to do my own research. Walked me out of the door and tossed the clipboard on the counter. I said I was glad to meet her and never got a response. She turned and walked away.

Dr Quick is a good communicator. By that I mean she listens first (and makes eye contact) and when she explains things, she does so using real world examples & language.

This was my first visit with Dr. Quick. She was very thorough and perceptive. Dr. Quick is my spouses cardiologist, and I am quite pleased that she is mine as well. I had a single concern. Dr. Quick dealt with that and suggested (ordered) an additional test (which is scheduled for July 5th). Dr. Quick is excellent, and I have a lot of confidence in her care. She is very familiar with my case, experienced, careful, and very knowledgeable. She answers all my questions. Shes a good listener and very thorough.

I brought a list of medications and side effects that had been prescribed during the 46 years that I have been treated for hypertension. I tried to talk to her about my medications but felt attacked for bringing the list. One of the medications that she prescribed requires follow up that she has not mentioned. I am concerned about interactions with my current medication list.
