All medical issues are explained in detail along with treatment plans, including patients participation in the health process. The person at the front desk who greeted me in the 7th was very pleasant and welcoming. The doctor was professional and going as fast as she could to cover everything but as mentioned it should have been 2 appointments. Im familiar with the portal, but that was the only time I got a smile and friendliness: Are you on our portal!

This was the first time meeting Dr. Dao and she was very friendly, professional and concerned about my problem and offered a variety of suggested options to ease my symptoms, including a prescription. MY primary care physician is Dr. Fogarty, who was not available on this day but I was very pleased with the care Dr. Dao provided.

I like that Dr. Dao is knowledgeable in both eastern and western medicines. When I talk to her regarding my acupuncture treatment along with medications I am taking she understands exactly what Im talking about. Where other doctors that do not have this knowledge have no idea what Im referring to and the effect acupuncture has on my health and human body In general. I feel these doctors are limiting themselves in providing a full healthcare services as Im a firm believer that eastern and western medicines go hand in hand based on my experience. So far I am very happy with services provided by Dr. Dao.
