She is very professional, well organized, efficient, empathetic. Shes always prepared for my visit and knows my medical history. My care provider is wonderful! She is personable and caring. Dr. Dao ask questions and explains in an easy understandable way. She has such positive energy and is always encouraging and engaging. This visit I felt I accomplished little between visits but she made me see the small improvement was a very good thing, a big deal, not a nothing. I always walk out of her office feeling like I got this, I can do this, I can do more to get my health in good order.

The person at the front desk who greeted me in the 7th was very pleasant and welcoming. The doctor was professional and going as fast as she could to cover everything but as mentioned it should have been 2 appointments. Im familiar with the portal, but that was the only time I got a smile and friendliness: Are you on our portal!
