    • Dr. Kevin Garner is board certified in cardiovascular disease and serves the St, Petersburg, Florida area as part of BayCare Medical Group, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He continued his medical education with an internal medicine residency at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa. Dr. Garner then completed cardiovascular disease fellowships at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and the University of South Florida.

      Dr. Garner is an adjunct clinical associate professor with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton, Florida. He is currently the medical director for specialty care in BayCare Medical Group’s west region. Dr. Garner treats a wide variety of cardiovascular issues including heart failure, and he is the medical director for the St. Anthony's Hospital transitional care clinic for heart failure.
