Doctors need to remove or pull down there facemask mask so elderly people can hear you and understand you. Especially the ones that are hard hearing.

The doctor listened to my concerns and showed empathy. I dont know if she thought of me as an individual but more of a general group of people that showed my general symptoms. I was concerned about my health during the weekend and my provider suggested I go to a walk-in clinic, I didnt like that. I dont love communicating through the portal as I find it so impersonal, but I understand thats how you all prefer us to communicate with you.
