Kelsey E. Mitchell, APRN

Kelsey Mitchell is a certified family nurse practitioner who serves the Tampa, Florida area, providing pediatric primary care for patients newborn to age 18. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Florida Southern College, and she earned her Master of Science degree in nursing, specializing as a family nurse practitioner from The University of Tampa. Kelsey is most passionate about family-centered care, illness prevention, and wellness of pediatric patients. She strives to build a trusting and caring relationship with patients and their families and is competent in performing comprehensive physical exams, developmental screenings, immunizations, mental health screenings for adolescents, as well as diagnosing and treating common acute and chronic childhood illnesses. Kelsey is certified in basic life support and pediatric advanced life support. She is a member of Florida Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
