It has been quite a while since Ive had a Physical and maybe I just dont know exactly what those entail now. Not knowing exactly what to expect, Im not sure what was missed. Being diabetic, I thought there would be more.

Wonderful.

I thought the care provider was excellent. My condition required some expertise not in her background but she conveyed my health condition and concerns to an associate MD who made recommendations for my treatment and followup diagnosis.

I have always had a very positive experience with Dr. Forgarty. I have never felt rushed or ignored during my visits. I understand how busy she is, yet she consistently remains attentive, engaged, and makes me feel heard and cared for.

The care provider reviewed pharmacy and discovered that my information was incorrect which was great because the last time I asked for an EpiPen refill but never received the meds. It was a great catch

Kalya was awesome. Preformed my wellness visit without issue and discussed my cold or flu symptoms. Because I was sick I couldnt get my Flu shot but, she prescribed meds to help ease my discomfort. She was thorough, kind and compassionate.

Ms Moore did not seem to pay attention to me or my husband. She looked at the computer the whole time, and didnt seem to engage with us at all. She said we dont deal with my condition, you need to go to a specialist. She only gave me the prednisone because we asked for it. We called a specialist, but are unable to see them till Dec 30. Meanwhile I am in pain and cannot walk very well.

PA-C simply needs more coaching on introducing self, listening better, interacting, correctly entering clinical notes, and coordinating follow-up. Will hopefully gain more knowledge with time.

A X ray was ordered and I was to hear back that afternoon to decide if additional medication was needed. The order was not done as a STAT read so I was told by the Tech it could take 48 hours for results. I called the office and a message was left for the provider. I received a message via the portal the next morning saying the X ray was clear but a rescue inhaler was called in and if I wanted to try a nebulizer she would call that in as well. I reported to her at the visit I had been doing a nebulizer 3 times a day since the previous Saturday. I also already had a rescue inhaler from my Pulmonologist. I really wasnt listened to by the provider at my visit.

I indicated the 680 cost of the prescription and said I wont pay that and offered up a similar drug and was kind of required on that. I asked what would you have given 20 years ago and there was no response. Some of us look up drugs and what to do This was a bad visit to me.
