Excellent in all respects.

Ms Moore did not seem to pay attention to me or my husband. She looked at the computer the whole time, and didnt seem to engage with us at all. She said we dont deal with my condition, you need to go to a specialist. She only gave me the prednisone because we asked for it. We called a specialist, but are unable to see them till Dec 30. Meanwhile I am in pain and cannot walk very well.

A X ray was ordered and I was to hear back that afternoon to decide if additional medication was needed. The order was not done as a STAT read so I was told by the Tech it could take 48 hours for results. I called the office and a message was left for the provider. I received a message via the portal the next morning saying the X ray was clear but a rescue inhaler was called in and if I wanted to try a nebulizer she would call that in as well. I reported to her at the visit I had been doing a nebulizer 3 times a day since the previous Saturday. I also already had a rescue inhaler from my Pulmonologist. I really wasnt listened to by the provider at my visit.

I indicated the 680 cost of the prescription and said I wont pay that and offered up a similar drug and was kind of required on that. I asked what would you have given 20 years ago and there was no response. Some of us look up drugs and what to do This was a bad visit to me.

A patient should not be made to feel intimidated or their sx made out to be less than they stated they were. Eye contact with a patient should be shared,as Ms Moore clearly did not want to hear anything I had to say. I felt like I was really bothering her as her body language and eye movements displayed.

Kayla was rude and condescending towards me. She said she was too tired to argue about treatment.

I was surprised that she never listened to my breathing as I was coughing the entire time that I was there and she never checked to see if I had a sinus infection. That is why I made the appointment as I suspected that I had a sinus infection.

I really like meeting with a PA, so was happy for that, and was impressed that I was completely new to her, and she was right on top of my chart/history, listened to my needs/concerns and together we discussed treatments for desired outcomes.

My first time to see Ms. Moore due to my PCP being unavailable. She addressed all my concerns.
