    Karyl is a delight. I respect her care so much that I followed her from her previous employer. Karyl truly listens & I cant express that enough. She is patient, attentive, reassuring, & honest. I feel like I am in 110% in good care when I see Karyl. She goes over everything, allays my fears, & explains reasonable pathS of resolution. Most importantly, I trust Karyl. She has my best interest in mind at all times. In my eyes, Karyl rules the world!

    This was my first visit. I was pleased with the demeanor of my care provider. She listened, was informative and gave me all the necessary information needed to get other things done. For example, blood work and other doctors I need to see.

    • Karyl Hobbs is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 10 years of internal medicine experience, serving the Winter Haven area for BayCare Medical Group and sees patients age 2 and older. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical science from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She then earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida.

      Karyl provides excellent interaction with her patients, while continuously working to improve her patient communication. She can examine, diagnose, and evaluate health issues, including chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, COPD, dyslipidemia and using evidence-based medicine to provide a high level of care. She believes in building rapport with her patients and their families to help strengthen the patient experience.
