Dr Neri is alert to any changes and addresses them. An example of this is that she noticed my right eye wasnt tracking like it should. She recommended that I see my Opthamalogist which I did. The problem is that I have almost no vision in that eye due to a cataract which is causing a lazy eye. I am scheduling eye surgeyl She is always alert to changes good and bad.

Dr. Neri is very honest, straightforward and willing to answer all your questions when visiting with her. She always looks out for my best interest and has a great attitude and caring disposition.

Her response the next morning was to the point. She explained the high white cell count and sent an admit order to the hospital and asked me to get to the hospital as soon as possible. She left no doubt this was an emergency.

Dr. Neri has been our pediatrician for years because her knowledge and manner is unsurpassed. In our most recent visit, she treated my 10 year old with such respect. Dr. Neri spoke directly to my daughter, addressing my daughters concerns, questions, and treatment first. Then moving to discuss any needed items with parents. This method provided my daughter with the confidence to ask questions and understand her own care. The age is perfect for this and I cannot thank Dr. Neri enough for striving to make my daughter feel comfortable and empowered to understand what and why she was receiving routine care and what to expect at this stage in her development.

Ive been with Dr. Neri since 2011. She was my moms PCP too. Upon learning that I had some chest tightening ...after CV, Dr. Neri was quick to help arrange a heart and pulmonary workup the following week. Normally, you cant get such apps for a month or so. I got the results immediately. Dr. Neri is an amazing doctor!

My experience this time was absolutely horrible. Mainly the part where I tried to reach her to have her read my lab results. Im not the one with a medical degree and kept calling aprox 4-5 different times to find out what was going on. Received what was supposedly a phone call from Dr but there was no message left. After another call from my dr was made she left message saying she called in a prescription for inflammation snd said if I any questions to call her. Well I did but of course only received the answering service.
