I cannot wait to change my primary care provider. It takes a good six months to change doctors so I am stuck getting my initial check-up and testing with this doctor. My opinion is based on the fact that she doesnt seem prepared or know who I am, meaning she didnt glance at my records. If I mention an issue I am treated to a long story Instead of a medical opinion.

Very responsive to my needs. Recently I came down with Covid or some other flu resulting in a severe sore throat. My Dr and staff were supportive and I was able to get the antibiotic that I needed. This has happened on other occasions when I was very ill.

Dr. Neri is the best in the area. While I have seen friends and relatives have issues finding or keeping a primary care doctor that listens to them, Neri has been consistent and clear and an advocate. She keeps up with the latest in medical research and can give informed medical information in an easy-to understand way.

Dr Neri is alert to any changes and addresses them. An example of this is that she noticed my right eye wasnt tracking like it should. She recommended that I see my Opthamalogist which I did. The problem is that I have almost no vision in that eye due to a cataract which is causing a lazy eye. I am scheduling eye surgeyl She is always alert to changes good and bad.

Dr. Neri is very honest, straightforward and willing to answer all your questions when visiting with her. She always looks out for my best interest and has a great attitude and caring disposition.

Her response the next morning was to the point. She explained the high white cell count and sent an admit order to the hospital and asked me to get to the hospital as soon as possible. She left no doubt this was an emergency.

This method provided my daughter with the confidence to ask questions and understand her own care. The age is perfect for this and I cannot thank Dr. Neri enough for striving to make my daughter feel comfortable and empowered to understand what and why she was receiving routine care and what to expect at this stage in her development.
