Really liked Dr. Neri. Worth the wait. She quickly diagnosed the issue and required treatment.

While the Dr was pleasant, it was absurd that I waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. After 45 minutes in the waiting room I asked the front desk how much longer and when I told them who I was seeing, they laughed and said you can expect to not see the Dr until 2 hours after your appointment time each time, she is always behind. Quite frankly, its disrespectful. I saw the Dr for a short 10 minutes and when I left, it was after 6pm, my appointment time was 4:15. I was forced to drive home in darkness. I also brought some work paperwork that needed filled out, because the Dr was so late she said she would take care of it the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, she filled it out improperly which has caused issues with work absences.

Dr. Neri seem honest, caring and straight forward. I like that. This was our 1st visit to see if we are a good fit, I think at this point , so far so good. I will see her again in 6 months and we will go from there. My previous Dr. Only needed to see me once a year AND when ever I had somthing wrong. Dr. Neri feels 6 months is better due to my age of 80.

Provider is very knowledgeable and is proactive in ordering tests or scans to address issues. However, if tests are negative theres no follow-up to address other potential causes other than a message saying results are negative. Provider listens to concerns but visits often feel rushed. I know she has many patients to see but she Is quickly in and back out again and it seems like she doesnt have the time to spend that is sometimes needed to make an informed diagnosis.

I brought a copy of the blood pressure to show the doctor she didnt even look at it just said pressure taken home is usually correct. My blood pressure was 180 at this visit I noticed on my portalit shows 180 then later in the day it says130 that I reported that 130 I never did this. I thought they would take the pressure again before I left they never did .

I feel like my role in my healthcare is to go get the tests that my doctor orders and then listen as they explain the results to me.

She is always great with my care

I cannot wait to change my primary care provider. It takes a good six months to change doctors so I am stuck getting my initial check-up and testing with this doctor. My opinion is based on the fact that she doesnt seem prepared or know who I am, meaning she didnt glance at my records. If I mention an issue I am treated to a long story Instead of a medical opinion.

Dr. Neri is the best in the area. While I have seen friends and relatives have issues finding or keeping a primary care doctor that listens to them, Neri has been consistent and clear and an advocate. She keeps up with the latest in medical research and can give informed medical information in an easy-to understand way.
