I normally see the doctor, but she was out of town so I had to see the nurse practitioner. She did not seem very familiar with my record at all the things she was suggesting were things that would counteract my health and the medicine she was trying to prescribe were not medicines I should be taking because of other problems I have which were noted in my chart I felt like I was running the appointment so after a while, I just really wasnt listening to her anymore because I have no confidence. Not to mention she was chewing gum the whole time.

MDs were not coordinating prescriptions and I was over medicating. PA addressed and fixed problem.

Kaley is fantastic! Extremely educated and patient oriented. I spent many years in the medical profession and she is by far in the top tier of any practioner I have ever met. She is precise, thorough and allows me to be involved in my cardiovascular treatment. She in my opinion would be extremely hard to replace! I feel that I have been rushed through the last time and trying to be pushed onto seeing nurses instead of Drs not good when you have just been diagnosed with heart failure. And my heart wasnt even checked o my my BP

I originally had an appointment for 05/10/23 with Dr Babayan. I made this appointment with her on my previous appointment the year before. It was changed from the 10th of May to May 19th. It was a real issue to get an appointment for my pre op. Now I will not see Dr Babayan until Oct. I still need to discuss the swelling in my legs.
