Was exceptionally impressed. I was a new patient and he had reviewed my medical history from my previous PCP before he came in. He basically picked up right where my previous doctor left off. That is a big comfort to me.

This was my first visit with Dr Hubenak. He covered everything, answered my questions, talked about preventive care, and did not rush the visit.

My Dr was very pleasant and focused on my physical and addressing my concerns. It was my first time seeing him and his demeanor made me feel very relaxed and comfortable making for a positive experience.

He was not empathetic towards me, did nothing to find solution to my medical issues. I waisted my whole day going there.

I love Baycare, the employee providers and staff that are caring, attentive, respectful. Its so nice to see a provider and not feel rushed. My provider was so awesome that I am having my kids come be patients of his. His patience, understanding, support, and the time that he spent to review and go over anything and allowed me to ask questions and still maintained his positive attitude was amazing. I work for the VA and can say you all are lucky because he is just amazing.

Length of the appointment time was too short and the appointment for follow up again was too long.

The last few PCPs have left Baycare right after I signed up with them so Im just keeping my fingers crossed that he doesnt leave Baycare.

Takes the time to actual listen to my health problems/issues and give proper care. Does not rush, actually remembers aspeccts of my life and asks about them. Did not just sweep my issues under the rug (to say the least).

The only issue or problem I had was how long it took to get an appointment, I understand it was for the initial visit, but my visit was not a long visit, and not sure how or why I had to wait over 3 months to get an appointment. Overall, very happy with this provider and office.
