Dr. Juan is an excellent specialist, he treats me with great respect, he is always willing to listen carefully to all my concerns, he takes his time to answer and explain clearly and accurately everything related to my doubts regarding my health, excellent specialist, very professional, friendly and attentive, many times patients are cured faster with the care and attention that both doctors and nurses give them than with the medications themselves.

Every day for the past three years I have suffered again from hip pain when I sleep and I have a hard time getting up and starting the day to work standing all day. The appointment with Dr. Chan was to confirm if I had Bursitis, which was what in previous years made me visit a Rehumatologist to whom he referred me at that time. Dr. Chan made me take x-rays confirming that if I had Bursitis, this Dr. Chan has no empathy, I told him how my hip hurt, I told him that I have MS, that I am working standing up all the time, I suggested that he place the injection in my hip to minimize the pain and that I would do the physical treatment that he indicated. I have had muscle pain, migraines, the effects of medicines every day for 31 years and he did not take that into consideration to relieve my ailments somewhat.

He explained options and recommendations so well! He was very patient, not rushed. And thorough!
