I had an ear condition a few years ago and Dr. Morrow didnt hesitate to send me out to a professional who had more experience in this treatment. Even though he felt he could do it, he recommended another specialist.

I just want to point out that this was a one-time visit to a specialist, referred by my primary care doctor, for a lesion on my tongue.

The nurse practitioner and physician had differing assessments of my physical condition and neither really gave me a reason for my symptoms even after prescribing several medications.

I am still blown away by the high level of attention given me and my treatments and the speed, efficiency, and thoughtfulness of the care and treatment regimen. ALL the staff Ive encountered have treated me and my family with smiling dignity. Their internal coordination and follow up gives me confidence that my ongoing treatment, schedule, and spirit are important to them and I wont be relegated to just another patient.

Carina the gal at the desk, went above and beyond to provide comfort when it was needed, she was a lifesaver

Dr Morrow puts her at ease. She really likes that he calls her Sweetheart. This is the hardest treatment she goes through, and they do their best. She has Down Syndrome and chronic ear wax build up. She also has a perforated ear drum, and her ear canal is very small. They work quickly and Dr Morrow always tries to check on her if he is not doing the procedure.

Dr. Morrow is a true gem. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining my illness, tests required and treatment options. He has called me with test results and given full, comprehensive explanations along with next steps.

Dr. Morrow took as much time as was needed to examine me, discuss my medical history, review my MRI film, and offer his advice as to what I should do next. I felt heard and seen.

I love Dr Morrow! He is very professional but yet fun and not too serious. He explains things very well and has no problem looking outside the box even when he thinks the problem with your health is inside the box. He will confirm with other tests to make sure the diagnosis is correct or not. He is eccentric and I like that a lot. He also respects my time

Dr. Morrow is the BEST. Everyone was amazing. So kind. So knowledgeable. I got my hearing back same date after suffering for months! I love them!

I felt the care provider was in a hurry to get the job done and move on to the next patient. He kept going when I was wincing in pain and asked him to stop. He seemed to have no concern for how much pain the procedure caused. When he finally finished, he mentioned some ear drops but did not explain well what I needed to do. The person at the check out desk did do that for me.
