    The experience was good but I just had some difficulty understanding the rate of care and access going forward with my disability and unrelated pain of the bunion on left foot. I do think the Doctor felt the aspect of getting required tests at my age was far more important. He did on a later date add two additional recommendations to the blood test to include my disability. During the meeting he advised I see a podiatrist and neurologist for ongoing care so he was helpful in these areas.

    • Dr. John Gostigian is a board-certified family medicine physician with BayCare Medical Group serving the Dunedin, Florida community, where he sees patients aged 18 and older. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science in Des Moines, Iowa. He continued his medical education by completing an internship and two years of general surgery residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Darby, Pennsylvania. Dr. Gostigian then completed a family medicine residency at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

      Dr. Gostigian has been serving the local community since 1992 and is sensitive to each patient's unique situation and adapts his consultations and treatment options appropriately, to accommodate individual needs and concerns. He gives each patient his focused attention and prides himself on delivering the best treatment available. Dr. Gostigian is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
