John M. Barnett, PA-C

John Barnett is a certified physician assistant and is with BayCare Medical Group in Tampa, Florida, where he sees patients of all ages. He earned a Bachelor of Science in public health studies at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and a Master of Science in physician assistant studies at Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. John creates individualized treatment plans that address medical and emotional needs. He educates and advocates for patients to help them understand their conditions and participate in their care. He is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, fundamental critical care support and emergency neurological life support. He’s a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons Pediatric Section Association.
