There is no doubt that the doctor is knowledgeable but the problem is he is too busy talking into the dictation machine and cracking jokes. I get the feeling that he never listens to or takes me seriously!

I am very comfortable that Dr. Silverfield is an excellent physician, and I do not wish to change. However, I am an atheist and this info is in my record, and I even mentioned It In one of my early visits, when he brought religion up. I feel he goes out of his way to mention how great god is with each visit. I would really appreciate this not being done, but dont want to upset him by asking him not to. If he could just be told, without my name being mentioned, that a patient requested nothing about god or religion be mentioned during the visit, I would greatly appreciate it. I see him for medical care, not for spiritual/religious purposes.

The provider is good, sometimes I wish they would explain in more detail when it comes to labs or tests. But this is common with most providers and any office. Example: exactly what labs/tests are being done, and when they come back negative what that means. Ive been in a trying to diagnose stage, weve ruled out many things with negative tests but I dont know what those were. Or when submitting for more tests its not explained what they are for.
