Not sure on her answers to bloodwork numbers

Jillian Ginnetti is probaby one of the most caring physicians I have ever had in my entire life. Every doctor I have seen has dismissed me and my pain and often appear annoyed or irritated with me, however Jillian has always been the complete opposite. She is patient and it is obvious she takes her career very seriously. I am glad to have finally found her!

This may be a miscommunication between front desk and provider: I called after 4 days of office visit, still complaining that I couldnt sleep as I was coughing so much. A sleep medicine was prescribed! It seemed that I couldnt get a prescription for relief from my cough, so my husband went to the pharmacy and bought some Mucinex which allowed me to sleep.

Was very relatable. She listened and cared. Excellent bedside manner as well.

I was surprisingly pleased with the PA, Jillian. I do not like going to any doctor/provider, yet she was very bright, knowledgable, and listened. I felt comfortable and confident in her care.

This was my first visit. She was very nice and professional and asked thorough questions about my health issues. She clearly explained what the goal of the first two visits would be.

I am pleased that Ms Ginnetti asked me about a Health Care Directive. I needed to update mine and was glad to have that taken care of right then and there. Shes very thorough without seeming rushed.

This is the first time I saw Ms. Ginnetti. I was a little nervous because ai have always had MDs as my PCP. I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of care I received from Ms. Ginnetti. She reviewed my medical records prior to my visit and was thoroughly prepared for our first visit together.

Ill wait for an appt with my pcp before ever seeing her again she was dismissive and as stated about not concerned about my concerns or my pain. I felt as if she thought I was there looking for meds. Which I refused all she offered I was there looking for answer but she ordered a test only because I requested it.but a CT scan without contrast cant see certain things and that was her intent of not taking my.concerns seriously.

As the mother of the adult patient, I sat in on this visit. Jill found that one of patients ears was completely blocked with wax. She had a nurse immediately, upon our agreement, come in and remove the build-up, which had been going on for sometime.

It was my first time there and I would say she was like a breath of fresh air. Great attitude and I felt comfortable speaking with her.
