She is thorough. Keeps eye contact. She is a good listener. She was attentive to my question about lab results from another provider (outside of Baycare) and she immediately made a referral. Very pleasant individual No bad experience

Jessica Ray is my favorite provider to see any time Dr is unavailable. She cares about her patients and is very respectful. She is wonderful

PA seemed rushed but she did listen to my issues and referred for x-ray. I was not sure of next steps and tried calling office afterward for results. Finally received email with results and note about prescription.

Jessica was very informed about my condition and offered good advice on how she thought I should proceed in correcting my deficiency with a prescription.

I was not comfortable with this provider. I had made the appointment to see Dr. Salansky and I dont know why I was never informed until a week or so before that I wasnt seeing her. Jessica didnt seem to take what I had to say into consideration and kind of made me feel dumb for asking questions about my blood work that had been done. It was almost as if I was a nuisance to the staff that day.

I spent a lot of time waiting in the exam room for my appointment to begin and throughout that time could hear my care provider complaining about work, work load and having to do charting from home while in the hallway or nearby room. My visit was very short, and she put the wrong code on the script for a test she wanted me to have. The tech during my test had to figure out what test I really needed and update the code.
