Jennifer White is an advanced practice registered nurse and is with BayCare Medical Group-Cardiology in Zephyrhills and Wesley Chapel, Florida, where she sees patients age 18 and older. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Pasco Hernando State College in New Port Richey, Florida, and earned a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Jennifer conducts comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, takes medical histories, performs physical exams and interprets diagnostic tests. She creates and implements individualized care plans to help patients meet their cardiovascular health needs, educates them about medications and encourages lifestyle changes to promote heart health.
