    • Dr. Jason Peklinsky is board certified in family medicine and addiction medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree in athletic training from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine, followed by a family medicine residency, at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia. Dr. Peklinsky is part of the faculty of the University of South Florida/Morton Plant Mease Family Medicine Residency Program in Clearwater, Florida. He is dedicated to high quality patient care and the development of the next generation of family medicine physicians. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
