Excellent provider. Very first visit with the dr. Knowledgeable on the latest research, listened to the patient, didnt rush, reviewed all test results and treatment plan collaborating with me and when followup visit was to be.Highly recommend Dr Swoager to others and have.

I noticed some discrepancies in the Clinical Notes related to my visit, such as care being offered that was not done during this visit. Ex. Abdominal check, feet checked for diabetes related problems.

I usually freeze when I get to a doctors office and forget everything I wanted to ask about.....but not here! I dont feel like I need to leave ASAP and run out so they can get to the stack of patients behind me who really need care more. I am usually the only person waiting. I find that the whole office runs so smoothly and there is a positive feeling in the office environment.

Dr Swoager is very good. Always takes ample time to listen to you. Even calling after hours on a weekend he responds very quickly.

I have always had great respect for Dr. Swoager but this visit was extremely disappointing. He never asked or commented on my dislocated shoulder which occurred in May and he was aware of. I told him about upcoming surgery for thyroid and all he said was he wanted me to see a cardiologist which came out of the clear blue. I asked why the situation with my thyroid had gone on for 14 years and it had never been mentioned to me. He said it was okay! He only said that because it has been tested benign. He showed no concern for the fact it has been a problem for 14 years and is now a big problem requiring major surgery. He has access to the information 14 years ago indicating there was a growth but never said anything. His major concern seemed to be how quick he could get me out of his office. Extremely disappointed.

Dr. Swoager always reviews all my records from other providers I see. He is keen to hear any concern or new problem I have and proactive in addressing the care plan with me. He is prompt in sending my prescriptions to the pharmacy so that I do not miss taking any prescribed dose. Dr. Swoager reviews all the labs as soon as they are sent to him from processing laboratories and he immediately informs me via portal message that the results are ready for my review. He always makes notation in the message that the findings are normal.

Dr. Swoager is very understanding, patient and professional. When necessary, his referrals are individuals very familiar with my issue(s).

I have always had a good experience at Dr. Swoagers office.

I was told that comes with age when I asked about anything. He seemed not interested in anything so I gave up. When I review his report in my portal I noticed things commented on that never happened and he never looked at. The over all yearly visit took less than 10 minutes and it seemed that I was just a bother to him. They did blood work but no one called me. I saw the results on my portal a few days later. I seem to be in the high range in my cholesterol, treatment method to help lower it . Is me google researching to treat myself. I Also had a heart scan for calcium which they did call me one. The nurse told me to follow the treatment dr swagger gave me. I told her he gave me nothing and did discuss anything with me just wrote a script to have it done. All in all it was a horrible experience. Now with insurance being billed I have to wait a year to have a true check up and a change in doctors.

Care provider in my estimation is extremely highly trained well suited for his position as Dr. for this practice and communicates effectively and shows care and concern and compassion for the people he treats
