Dr. Jake Bennett specializes in family medicine and is with BayCare Medical Group in Largo, Florida, where he sees patients age 3 and older. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and completed a family medicine residency at the University of South Florida/Morton Plant Mease Family Medicine Residency Program in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Bennett educates patients about their health and inspires them to take steps to improve it and their well-being. He helps his patients understand how their body, mind and spirit are all connected and that treatment plans should embrace all these facets. Dr. Bennett is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians, the Florida Association of Family Physicians, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine.
