Dr. Heidi Lai is board certified in family medicine and is with BayCare Medical Group in Seminole, Florida, where she sees patients age 18 and older. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California-Santa Barbara in Santa Barbara, California, earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Alabama, and completed a family medicine residency at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida.
Dr. Lai focuses on holistic health and patient education and emphasizes the importance of understanding the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit. She builds enduring and trusting relationships and empowers her patients to take proactive steps toward improving their health, physical condition and overall well-being. Dr. Lai develops comprehensive treatment plans that consider all aspects of her patients’ health to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.
