Hayley was easy to talk to about things I find embarrassing, she was understanding. Best of all I didnt feel rushed and wasnt given the impression I was annoying her, even if I was, she didnt show It :) My previous provider elsewhere was very impatient and seemed more concerned with speed than providing care.

The provider was absolutely pleasant and above board in making me feel welcome. It was a check up for script refill and my normal provider is out on leave - Hayley was caring and extremely forthright and informative.

My provider who saw me was awesome.

Poor bedside manner.Maybe she was having a bad day or she thought I had no business being there with what was decided was a minor issue. Regardless she didnt understand my history obviously.

Hayley Roberson, APRN, was very easy to speak with even though this was my first appointment with her. She conducted the exam thoroughly, and asked how I was feeling. To which I responded that I feel great since I lost so much weight through portion control, significant increased water intake, and walking 6-8 miles per day. She explained to me that everything seems fine and that I just needed to go downstairs and do the lab work. I mentioned that its the toughest part for me because needles make me anxious (my blood pressure was slightly elevated during the examination In anticipation of the needle). She acknowledged that and indicated she saw it in my patient records or file, or something like that. She assured me that the people in the lab are very good and reassured me that it only takes a a few minutes.

I dont think this provider gave the right emotional care to me in this visit. I have a history of bladder cancer (received a cystectomy almost 5 years ago and have been cancer free since then), so when I noticed pain and discharge in my left nipple, I was concerned. When I mentioned during my office visit that I was wondering if hormones could cause that since I had just received some hormone pellets a few weeks before, this provider immediately discounted that since I have had hormone pellets before and didnt have that response before. (Dont hormones fluctuate, so couldnt this still be a possibility) When I asked her what else could cause that, she simply said cancer. Well, OBVIOUSLY that could be a cause - did that need to be your first response So when I asked what else could be a cause, she just said hormones, which she had just told me she didnt think it could be hormones in my case. So, youre telling me that you think it is cancer when you dont know Why do that to someone When I got home, I google searched and found all kinds of other causes for my symptoms, but I only heard 2 possible causes from her, and really only 1 (cancer) since she basically said it wouldnt be hormones since I havent reacted that way before. I think that could have been handled WAY better, and I am hoping for other patients sake this provider is given some good emotional intelligence guidance.

My Dr left the practice.When I went to make my appointment for my annual visit and they put me with ARNP Roberson. She prescribed bloodwork and an ultrasound and I have yet to hear from her on those results. I mentioned that I was having issues with my ears being very itchy and she told me it was allergies and to take an allergy medication. I asked her if there was an alternative Drops or something of that nature and she said I could look it up online. I am two weeks post visit and I have a severe ear infection. I need a primary care doctor, but I dont think Ill be seeing her again.

It was my first time with this care provider and I was really glad to have her and will continue to use her as my primary car provider very nice easy to talk to great overall experience

She was also wonderful. Clearly explained everything, made me feel comfortable and heard.
