The reason I went to the this provider was to ensure my heart was okay, as I had been experiencing multiple panic attacks for some months. As with the assistant, the Doctor was excellent in cardio stuff (I even brought an old CT Angio that he read, learned from and asked to keep a copy of) but the connection to the neurodiversity was lost. Here again it might be useful to Baycare to bring the medical community more up to date on neurodiversity....as we are now being recognized as just another kind of patience, but with sensory and stress issues. Current research is showing that we (Aspergers, aka ASD Level 1) are part of normal humanity, just at the top end of the bell curve.

Dr. Boyiadzis is straight forward and caring.

This doctor was late to the appointment. The nurse did make me aware when I was called back for my appointment that the provider had not arrived yet, but would be arriving soon. I would have been more understanding, however, when he arrived, he uh-huhd me the entire time. Rushed through the appointment, only reading notes from Dr. Mosher off the computer screen. When I spoke of concerns that I was taken to the ER on the 1st with extremely high heart rate (went from 195 to 265) while I was at work and almost passed out, with excessive sweating, and that I recently found out I was pregnant (I am high risk due to preeclampsia in the past, and blood clot history) all that was suggested of me was that I buy one of those things you stick your fingers on to do an ekg at home in the moment. No name of brand, no explanation how that would help my care moving forward. I need a cardiologist who will work with my providers and treat me appropriately. I went to another provider following this visit who referred me BACK TO cardiology. At this point Im considering dropping BayCare physicians due to this experience.

Dr Boyiadzis and PA Koulodis were very knowledgable and caring and tailored care to my specifix needs rather than a generic algorythm.

The doctor is knowledgeable about my health care. He spends a fair amount of time with me and actually looks me in the eye when talking to me, not the computer screen typing. We have an actual conversation about what is going on and what needs to be done. I really like that.
