This provider seemed completely uninterested in my visit, almost to the point I wasnt sure he was even paying attention to anything I was saying, especially when he took his phone out to answer a text message.

My physician was wonderful - he explained in detail what was wrong and how I would be treated with meds. He also explained how I could try to avoid another issue with it.

Greatly appreciated the doctors time that he spent with me, his patience, and detailed explanations.

Dr Ramos did not even sit down. He was in the office with me maybe 3 to 5 minutes. Very rushed. I had questions which he seemed to find frustrating. In discussing the high cost of one of my medications his advice was to quit taking it until next year. My cholesterol will go up but will come back down. I had asked about possible samples which he laughed at. This was a check up but it was a waste of my time and apparent his. Im scheduled to go back in 6 months. Im really not sure Im gong to keep that appointment.

Dr Ramos also wore a mask for me, without me having to ask. I suspect he remembered that I have heath concerns and had asked him to wear a mask at my last visit. Hes like that as a doctor, always remembering small details not only about my health but also about my family and things we have discussed in previous visits. Hes very kind and also I trust his skill and knowledge. Great doctor who has helped more than one member of my family besides me.

His bed side manner is amazing, but tries to rush through patients where in my case I felt like he didnt see anything wrong with me and maybe that was why, but I would have like him to spend more time with me without me constantly needing to ask questions and keep him in the room. After each response he was prepared with the handshake and ready to walk out.
