This was my first visit to this doctor and she seemed to make some assumptions without knowing anything about my medical or family history.

She was very informative. Asked questions on what was going on with a uti I had. Very caring.

I recently moved from another BMG office to the one on van dyke and very happy I did. I love Gelsy Gonzalez and am happy with being under her care

She was warm, caring, personable and knowledgeable.

NP was outstanding

Nurse Gonzales was great, first experience with her. I was having a bad day and not in the best mood, and she didnt let my mood affect her or her care for me.

This provider does not seem to have basic knowledge on basic anxiety medications, pushes meds that the patient specifically states they do not want, and talks down to them. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a provider.

My care provider was on time and thorough in her review of my record and issues. She evaluated me and provided appropriate steps to monitor blood pressure and prepare for additional visits.

Did not listen to my answers. Had not looked at history prior. Ignored prior diagnosis.

I felt very rushed and that she didnt feel I had knowledge on my own health. She presented as dismissive when I wanted to discuss other options pertaining to my weight. I asked for testing for a concern and they ordered it but not to be followed up for 3 months time. As a new patient I overall felt dismissed.

During my visit, I disclosed my alcohol usage only to give a full picture of my health issues, as I am currently trying to get established with a new provider after mine moved out-of-network. I did not intend the visit to revolve around this issue. I am already seeking out treatment, and have been seeing a GI in addition to receiving a Fibroscan of my liver. I really did not require further counseling on this matter. My provider also did not seem to believe me when I stated that I had had a physical earlier this year. The main reason I was there was to reauthorize refills on my prescriptions that were halted when my original provider moved out-of-network. I have had more doctors visits, exams, and screenings in the past year than I have had in more than two decades!

She seemed very nice.

Love Love Love my NPA espcailly since I was with Dr. Williams for years it was a nerve racking at first if I would get the same bed side manner.

Its extremely difficult to communicate with her due to my hearing impairment and her accent. Although I wear hearing aids in both ears I have difficulty understanding some female voices and anyone who has an accent.
