Awful! Very short with me with wrong information!

It was rather quick.

Very surprised re: health of my KIDNEY!! I was there re: vein in leg connected to kidney!!

The Dr knew the answer to my medical questions. The visit with him only lasted two minutes, I kid you not. This Is the briefest visit with a doctor I have ever had.

He provides a feeling of competence and appropriate caring.

Dr Murphy seemed rushed. Asked me a question while I was in the hospital and then dismissed my answer and walked out. His demeanor was even worse at the office visit. He didnt let me speak at all and address my concern as to why the test wasnt repeated when on the hospital if he thought it was just an echo then. At the office he was with me for less than a minute. I will not see Dr. Murphy again. Im seeing a doctor at Morton Plant now. I want a doctor that will listen to me and address my concerns.

He said I should have a particular test done but didnt know when it could be scheduled. It was disappointing that he couldnt come up with another alternative treatment.

I trust Dr. Murphy as he addressed my concerns and immediately came up with a treatment plan. Thank you!

Dr Murphy didnt reply to additional clarification and questions I had after my office visit regarding coordination of surgeries and recovery times. I sent these on the Baycare secure email portal. I never received a response.

I have heard DR is very good just has no bedside manner and doesnt care to explain anything

I definitely like this physician. Hes quiet and accomodating. He, also, was willing to discuss all my (and my husbands) questions regarding this finding.

Dr. Murphy came in the room, sat, said youre here for veins, can I see , I dropped my pants, he saidyup, Filled out some form and said bring this across to her, and proceeded to leave. I asked him to stop and give me some idea of what may happen, he said not until the testing, then rambled this or that, kind of thing. Very disappointed. Gave the person at the desk an evident test form. That person was not in that dat, and they would call me. I waited 4 days, no one called so I made an appointment with a different provider.
