I would like to think that the care and attention to this visit wouldve been more beneficial and not a rush. It seems that I was not more than 20 minutes or less. I just left my home and within the time it was clear less than two hours.

I am still waiting on my paperwork get fax over to dentist get My teeth pull its been over two weeks now still no paperwork sent to dentist office.

My visit was fine. I had a case of food poisoning and understood I had to go to the lab to pick up a container for testing and then return the sample to the lab. I also understood I would pick up an antibiotic at my designated local pharmacy, not to be taken until test samples were delivered.

The care provider was new to me and provided good experiences

I feel that my provider has listened to me as a patient, offered guidance and medical decision-making support to treat conditions, and has communicated excellently with me on how my overall health journey is progressing with their assistance. I feel for the first time in a long while I have a medical advocate that will take the time to listen to my questions and offer options when applicable, not just try to push me through a visit as quickly as possible.

The primary drs at Baycare medical group, are respectful, understanding, & patient, they listen to youre issues take what you half to say very seriously also they take youre health very seriously. Go beyond trying to find the source of the issue at hand

She recommended to one of her people to call me about getting a B12 shot every month even though the test said I was normal. When I said I would think about it she sounded a bit grumpy when she said she would let her know.

1. When ordering labs, she knew about my history of prediabetes and didnt order an a1c2. She didnt ask me about the problems I let the nurse know I was having3. Toward the end of the visit, when I was going to bring them up (my issues) she handed me my lab work and said okay, ill see you in a month dismissing me that made it very awkward to mention there were still things not addressed

Minimal physical touch during a physical exam. As a new patient I felt that the provider lacked the questions she should have had to learn all about my history. During a medication refill visit 3 months ago (to establish and physicals were 3 months out) I told her I had Paraguard. She failed to document that and when I scheduled the physical she said she would also do my well woman exam. At the appointment she refused to do the well woman and said she doesnt do them with patients that have Paraguard and I now had to go find an OBGYN, which will also be months out. Which puts me almost 2 years past due for an exam. I also felt there was little knowledge or understanding of hormones and such as I am struggling with symptoms and have been for a while possibly related to hormone issues she just kind of disregarded and told me to find another doctor that specializes in that. My old PCP was all knowing and incredibly helpful and problem solving, this felt less personal and more of a transaction. Ill only be staying until I find another provider thats better and more preventative with care. My husband had the same feedback from his appointment with this provider. She was kind and pleasant but didnt provide well rounded care.
