Wished he said glucose level was prediabetic instead of all is normal.

Was seen and assessed by resident who did most of visit. I was a new patient, felt that maybe more hands in checkup would occur ie, check ears, pulses in feet, abdominal check etc, but otherwise all a great visit

Next I was greeted by an intern/resident. She was polite, friendly,and appeared knowledgeable. BUT, I had to give my entire medication list to her because she either could not figure out how to access my record, or the MA made an error. Both were implied! I did express my displeasure of having to go through it all over again. I also told her I believed I had a sinus infection. She did listen to my heart, check my throat, ears, and sinuses. After yet another wait, Dr. Rincon and the intern came in. For the 3rd time I repeated my medication list, explained my medical history, explained which ones I needed refills on, etc. I also told him I had a sinus infection. He NEVER examined me!!! BUT, he said it was allergies, use a spray, or flonase, and he would refer me to an allergist. I did tell him that I have already been through all that, that I dont like sprays, and I knew what I had. It all fell on deaf ears. I am 60 yrs old, raised two sons, and I know what a sinus infection is! He was only in the room briefly and then he was gone. I was left with the intern once again.
