Dr. Enrique Rincon is board certified in internal medicine, having been in practice since 1996. Dr. Rincon serves the New Port Richey, Florida area for BayCare Medical Group, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned his medical degree from Hipolito Unanue Medical School, Federico Villarreal National University in Lima, Peru. He continued his medical education by completing an internal medicine residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Rincon also holds a master’s and doctoral degree in medical education from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Rincon is proactive and believes in delivering appropriate care to each and every patient. He understands the needs of his patients and treats every person with the compassion, respect and attention they deserve. A war veteran of the United States Army, Dr. Rincon has participated in numerous research projects and published multiple articles in peer-reviewed publications. He is the founder of four internal medicine residency programs and a well-known academician in graduate medical education. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and speaks fluent Spanish.
