Dr. Shepard-Orr is the best. She is truly so caring and compassionate. She takes the time to review everything and is very detailed. She is a great listener and she has great suggestions. I never feel rushed and feel very important as a patient.

Dr. Orr seems like a great doctor. I felt like she listened and responded to my concerns. However, she is unavailable for any follow-up appointments in a time frame that she recommends. It defeats the purpose of trying to work with the doctor for collaborative health care. After spending 45 minutes or so discussing my health issues but unable to get any follow-up care, left me feeling like Dr. Orr didnt really care about helping me manage my health.

I love Dr. Orr! However I think BayCare Medical Group is over burdening their practice with too many apts and not enough staff. This has been a growing problem for over a year. I have considered finding a new doctor bc of this issue.

This was first meeting with Dr. Orr. I was very pleased with her thorough inquiry of my medical history and examination. I am looking forward to Dr, Orrs continued care. I also would very much like to have Dr. Orr take over the Care of my Husband.

Bad office procedures need to revamp phone , long wait times on hold some care others seams to not care

I wish before the breast exam I would have been asked to put on a cover and then have the exam. It was awkward the way It was done.

Glad that I didnt have to hear about Covid vax- provider knows I dont want one and I didnt want or need a lecture since Im well educated in the area and can make my own decisions- its not well tested over many years and I felt last time like my opinion wasnt respected
