    The doctor was wonderful, great bedside manner which is very hard to find these days. She really took time to hear me and talk through my labs and overall health. Overall I had a great experience.

    • Dr. Elizabeth Saunders specializes in internal medicine and serves the New Port Richey area as part of BayCare Medical Group, where she sees patients age 18 and older. Dr. Saunders completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a Master of Science degree in medical sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She earned her medical degree from Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Alabama. Dr. Saunders continued her medical education by completing an internal medicine residency at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, North Carolina where she served as chief resident. Dr. Saunders is deeply committed to the well-being of each of her patients and will take care of you as if you were family. She strives to be kind and compassionate and will work with you to arrive at an accurate diagnosis and high-quality treatment that leads to positive and lasting health outcomes. She treats a range of conditions and is eager to help patients throughout the community receive the care they need. Dr. Saunders is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
