Eisy Earl is a certified advanced practice registered nurse who serves the Wesley Chapel, Florida area for BayCare Medical Group, where she sees patients age 18 and older. She provides passionate and personable care to her patients and families. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She continued her medical education by earning her graduate degree in nursing from the South University in Tampa, Florida graduating with honors- Magna Cum Laude.
Eisy helps provide community health services in her community and has over four years experience as a community health provider. She has a true passion for the underserved/homeless community and has worked in a medical mobile bus to provide services to those patients in need. She is certified in basic life support and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Florida Nurses Association, the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
